Frequently Asked Questions

We will perform 1000-1500 Community Shares per day, until the requirements of the Level 1 and Level 2 Posh Ambassador program are met. 

If you are starting from zero Community Shares – this usually will complete within 21 days (3 weeks).

Straight away! As soon as you have picked your plan duration (Monthly or Quarterly)

Our staff will then process the order and send it on over to your virtual assistant! You will be notified once your VA can confirmed receipt of your plan’s details.

We have two different payment durations for the Ambassador Pro Plan

  • Monthly – this runs from month to month and we rebill your PayPal/card every month automatically.
  • Quarterly – this runs quarterly and you are rebilled every 3 months automatically.

Both Monthly and Quarterly plans can be cancelled at any point during your term – they will then automatically expire at the end of the scheduled plan duration.

If you wish to cancel your plan you can log in to the MyRA Dashboard and just click Cancel on your subscription whenever you wish.

No further payments will be taken and your plan will expire automatically at the end of its planned duration.

You can contact our admin support team 7 days a week by email – we create tickets for every query to keep track of any requests you make to keep things easier for everyone.
